Roof vent for bathroom extractor fan

I am doing a bathroom refurb and want to install a new vent and fan (which will be located in the attic).

Due to the position of the bathroom, the only option is to vent through the roof - basically, 1m vertically and then 30 degree bend (solid rigid piping) to a new vent in the roof. Does anybody know what the best roof cowl option is for the below fan? The fan will be fairly powerful to make sure it can pump the required distance, so I will need a cowl which can take this capacity. The roof is a slate roof with a 31 degree pitch.

You'll have to insulate the pipe otherwise all of the water will condense and come straight back down.
