Missing "payment" option

All the help documentation claims that there is a "payments" section for making online payments, but having spent half an hour searching both 365online.com and the BoI app I cannot find it anywhere. Where is it hidden?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

The 'Payments' tab can generally be found in between 'Accounts' and Services' tab, located at the bottom of the screen on the Mobile App.

Can I ask if you have a Current Account, Credit Card Account etc with us?

A quick follow-up. As it turned out the account had been classified as dormant since I had made no recent outbound payments in the last year or two. Was not expecting this because when I've had dormant accounts in the past the entire account has been locked out, and even then it was only after something like 10 years. The portal really should have explicitly stated that payments has been disabled rather than simply hiding the payment links.
