Is POTW dead or is it just the New Platform screwed it up?

Hi Guys,

I have loved looking at the POTW posts (and appreciate the hard work done to bring it to us). Has the new platform messed it up (some "negative" likes showing on the new platform) or is it just too much (and underappreciated workload) for the mods?

A fair question Adrian. Not dead but the transition to a new site and my being afk for a while combined with .... life ... explain the hiatus. Apologies. I am off the next few days and will get it back on track.

Hi Myksyk, thanks for the response. I dream of being AFK someday, but my work doesn't allow it! We all need to be AFK periodically if we can, to preserve our sanity 😂. I know how demanding POTW is - I'm actively involved in a camera club myself and sometimes it just becomes a drag, doing stuff for other people, without reward (or at least, that's how it feels when it gets in the way of "life").

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate your trojan work in keeping this going - you are giving a lot of pleasure to a lot of people. And you, and the other mods, are appreciated.

Guys, can we either kill this off or re-instate it? It is now nearly 3 months since the last POTW! If it is dead, let's lay it to rest. Am I the only one still interested in it?
