Overall very good but the end episode felt a bit crammed and all over the place. Some threads led nowhere, like the German bid or Rosario Dawson's characters investigation. All of a sudden the DA is about to be sacked and then in his next scene, oh he wasn't sacked. Betsy's dad looks like he's developing a drinking problem but nothing followed up on that. And in 2021 Michael Keatons Doctor is practicing again and proceeds to host an addicts meeting with no consideration for the next big health crisis. In 2021 he surely should have been at least distancing the chairs. But anyho decent enough drama, should do well in awards season. Onto The Dropout next.

I watched it on RTÉ2 after recording it. Just finished it last week. Would highly recommend, great acting. A very sad story. But it was frightening to see how easily they were addicted and how hard to come off it. If you haven’t seen it, it’s starting on Sunday 28th on BBC2 at 11.25, it seems to be double episodes.
