    I’m looking to diy a Garage and I’m looking at prices I’m wondering if I’m going wrong somewhere.

    what I’m pricing for is as follows

    slab 4x7m 5.5m of concrete 500 euro

    blocks 600 cavities 1100

    roller door 700

    i have a spare window and door free

    roof steel cladding 600

    timber for roof and extra bits 500

    Electrics I will just be running some swa in for now

    50 bags of mortar sand etc 600

    lintels 150

    so that’s 4150 in material

    I will need to render it after and add gutters and soffits but I think that’s no more than 2k

    am I missing anything bare digger hire for the day for the footings for 250
