Replacing weep vents (timber frame home)

A lot of the ground level plastic weep vents on the exterior of my home are either damaged or cracked... Can these be replaced easily? There are slotted in between the block/brick cladding and are the the same depth as the brick so I’d imagine not so easy to replace.
