BOI customer service worse than Eircom!

    The debit card was blocked and I have been trying to contact debit card department for last two days and there is no answer and I'm getting message there is no one available at this time. This is while working hours? Absolutely unacceptable service you left me without debit card for last 2 days.

    At the moment some of our customer service teams are experiencing high call volumes. Please be assured my colleagues are working as hard as they can to get through the calls queuing and will take your call as soon as they can.
