BOI customer service worse than Eircom!

My debit card was blocked and I have been trying to contact security card department for last two days and there is no answer. The only answer I'm getting "there is no one available at this time". Is this while working hours? Absolutely unacceptable service BOI left me without debit card for last 2 days.
