Online cc payment crashed - multiple charges

I tried to book hotel online, got to final payment stage, errored out. I now see 10 charges on my visa debit card for the vendor. I queried with AIB and basically got an argument... Told I was a stupid F*** ... Any ideas ?

simple - contact the booking engine or hotel immediately.
If you do it today they should be able to void all the duplicate payments. If you can't contact them until tomorrow, they will have to make refunds.

Voids are probably the easiest to do - it will remain pending for 2-3 days and then disappear.

But its between the booking engine and their payment facilitator. And they'll be sued to it as it's been fairly prevalent since the new SCA authentication came in.
