Public BBQ areas

Hey does anyone know any good spots to make a barbecue? Fingal county council aren't permitting BBQs in any of their parks so I think that means ardgillian castle and newbridge house are off the list of possibilities, anyone had a BBQ in public recently? Where did you go? Thanks

You can bbq in the Phoenix Park. Also up the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, some of the picnic benches have little spots for small bbqs.
