RTE's "major" cuts plan 2019

2 years since it was published, would I be right in thinking that closing the very limited DAB radio network is the only cut that they've actually implemented? Apparently that has only saved about €80 per week.

Yeah, pretty much, I haven't hear much out of their Strategy 2024, which has yet to be fully published, while the transfer of the NSO to the NCH is moving very slowly.
