Hotspot exclamation point

I've been using clearmobile the last few months and it suits me fine. In the last week the hotspot on phone will connect to the tv but no Internet. Hotspot works fine on ps4 and laptop. I can't figure out what it is. Done all the usual reset tv etc . Hotspot on three phone works on the tv no problem. Any ideas
