Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Houses in North Dublin : Skylark Portmarnock, Bayview Baldoyle, Kinsealy Woods, Kinsealy

    We are considering buying a house. We have rented in South Dublin but we can't afford a house here (budget <525k). We are looking at a few options and are looking at the following, but had a few concerns which could be me reading too much. What are your views on the following:

    Skylark Portmarnock (high price upwards of 520k?)

    Bayview Baldoyle, (close to clongriffin dart which I read could be unsafe at night, heard mixed reviews about safety in Baldoyle in general)

    Kinsealy Woods, Kinsealy (not well connected - far away from the DART)

    Are there any new build 3 beds coming up apart from these?
