I write here to see if anyone can give an advice.I am rentil from council.I have a Medical condition that due antisocial going on outside is agraviating my symtons.I applied for Transfer giving the Form filled by my GP and consultante in favor to move to a quiter área,but the council did not give me the…

Hi everyone.
