Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would anyone have a recommendation for a GP in Limerick city/suburbs who would have an extra interest or experience with children with autism. Our trusted doctor of many years has retired and we would appreciate any advice or help finding a new doctor. Thanks

would be worth trying Dr Niall Cahill at Abbeygrove Surgeries. The most professional & proficient GP I have encountered both here & in the UK

I would 100% agree with this. Our child is autistic and Abbeygrove is our GP practice. Both Dr. Niall and Dr. Paula have been excellent and very understanding of our and our child's needs.

The Davin Clinic have been fabulous to our son. And Lucy, the nurse, has been brilliant in getting him over his fear of needles.

If anyone is looking for an autism friendly dentist, we have found Alexandra really good. They are all very gentle and one of their hygienists works with special needs children part of the week.
