Mortgage Viewer unable to log in

    When i attempt to log in to the mortgage viewer the view account button does not activate

    I put in my mortgage account number and my surname and date of birth. Is the issues as a result of the mortgage being a joint mortgage with my wife


    Do i need to put in the surname twice and both date of births?
