BOI to BOI account money transfer has not appeared in recipient account

Hi. I transferred money to my daughters BOI account on Thursday using the APP and it has not yet appeared in her account. Really worried about it now. Can anyone help out please.

If your won account is held with BOI the transfer should have been received on the same day. We would advise checking that the IBAN is correct and then contact our customer service team who can look into this further for you. You can contact customer service by selecting Services then Send us a Message or by calling 0818365365.
