    Can anyone suggest a good anti virus apps or similar for iPhone? Is there such a thing?

    Not needed, plus any app from App Store is restricted on what it can do so anti virus in traditional sense not possible.

    many of the ones out there are more vpn apps etc.

    anti virus / malware is built into ios and macos. no need for it to have a third party one really
