    Hi all,


    Happy Sunny Monday. I am currently applying for a mortgage as a single applicant. Can anyone explain to me who gets the houses designated as "part V" affordable homes? And how do you apply for them? I cant get any concrete info about it anywhere. Please dont come at me, I know some people judge those getting affordable homes but I cant afford anything with the state of the housing market!! I work hard and want to invest in a home.


    Any info would be much appreciated
