Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

CPO for a school extension likely?

A secondary school on adjoining land looking to expand and have floated the possibility/threat of CPO to landowner.(eldery neighbour, thought i might know as being a teacher!)

Is this even possible? Technically it is a Catholic School(owned in trust), the dept of education is not a statutory body so it would be the council having to buy the land(and rezoning it first).

To me it seems ridiculous that the council would even be allowed rezone and cpo land only to give it to a catholic trust but is it possible/likely. Its about 6 acres of a field currently being farmed but i'd say zoned a3 housing.

    Any idea or advice aporeciated
