    Hi,

Received the email below on 24th Sept regarding an estatement on a current account I had closed in November 2019. Why was this email sent to me ? As I no longer have a Banking 365 profile I am unable to check or raise a query and I sure as hell do not intend to spend half my life trying to get through to the so called "Customer Service" people. Please explain why this email was issued ?

    Same for me.

Have closed my current account a few months ago & have received a statement for this old account.

Can't login also to see what is going on...

    Hi All,

Thanks for getting in touch with us her today.

We've received a few similar queries on this and we are looking into this. If you previously received confirmation that your account was closed please disregard this statement notification

    We hope this helps.

    Thanks Jen
