Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This shot was taken in June on a lovely sunny day with a moderate wind blowing. The plan was to photograph the Yellow Hammer but I had no success. At this location there was a large expanse of wheat fields with the poppy intermingled in the wheat. I took a number of shots with my Nikon D500 birding camera and 200- 500 mm telephoto lens. I picked this shot because it highlights the red poppy in the green unripened wheat and the narrow depth of field with the telephoto lens equating to 750 mm at f8 on the APS C camera.

Once again thanks to Myksyk and congrats to Hms.
