ManadM Direct - Is Returns Policy legal?

Hi Just received an order from MandM that was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. They want me to pay to return it even though it was there mistake. Is this legal? I though that there was some kind of protection for this sort of thing, or has brexit messed that up?

They are based in the UK. EU rights no longer apply

But if you can show that they sent the incorrect item, they should pay for the return

The best way to get a response out of them is a Trustpilot review. They may make things right that way.

Their T&Cs say you pay for the return and they'll refund you, wrong size is faulty.

• A description of the fault
