Hi, I’m an ICS mortgage store customer and cannot get onto the mortgage website, is it down? I need an interest certificate and can’t get it. regards.

I am sorry to hear this. I would recommend contacting our Mortgage team on 016113333(ROI) or 03453008000(UK). One of my colleagues can certainly look into this further for you. They are available from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
