Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Omega Warranty Repairs

Folks, need some advice. I noticed over the last few days that my 2020 Seamaster 300 is not changing date like it should, seems like the first five days of the month wont change automatically nor will they do so if I manually wind the hands around 24 hrs.

Question I have is: I bought this through Chrono24 and even though it has a stamped warranty card etc. It was bought in Italy. Anyone any experience of getting a warranty claim honored here when they didn't buy the watch here. How do I go about it?

Take it to any AD. I would not share that you bought it on c24.

it’s an international warranty so you should have no issue.

Cheers. I was worried that they wouldn’t be interested in helping when they realise I did t buy it from them.

I had a similar issue. Got online with stamped warranty card from Italian dealer. Contacted swatch group directly. They sent a courier to the house and actually replaced the watch. No issue at all.

dont tell them where you got it. People go on holidays to Italy all the time.
