EXCHANGE RATE @ 16/1 PP is a 9yr old who is very lightly raced on the flat, is favourably handicapped, and has a decent jockey up in Ronan Whelan; which bodes well being that since his third last run/flat run in Nov 2018, he's had an amateur and a 10lb claimer onboard in his 2 starts since then, which were both this year (in June and July). Will be his third run since a long layoff also.. Good ew chances. Should be 6 places on offer in shops....
