AIB-Error Message before Video Call

    Trying to set up a current account on the mobile app.

    I have uninstalled and downloaded app again,allowed Camera/Microphone permissions etc..but I get the same error message when I try to connect via video call..

    "Your Ident ID is not correct.Please check and try again."

    They hadn't asked for my passport before this step.

    I'm trying to set up a new account today, same issue nobody answering on their customer service.

    Did anybody figure this out?
