Tiny bugs in stored seeds

Hi all, I was sorting my seeds tonight and discovered lots of really tiny (not bigger than 1 mm) greyish bugs in one of the flower mix boxes. I placed infested seeds outside for now, and all that untouched to the freezer. Does anyone know what are those bugs and is it worth saving the seeds or better to get rid of them?
