Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Options for giving spouse access to my BOI current account

    Hello BOI

    Can you let me know if it is possible to give my spouse access to my BOI current account? My wife is already a named user on my BOI credit card account and has her own credit card.

    Do I need to contact my branch to arrange this? Just wondering what the process is?

    Hi there, thanks for your post here on Boards.ie.

    We'd strongly advise that only the account holder(s) have access to an account.

    If your wife is an additional card holder for your Credit Card then they should be able to add their card to their own online banking in order to approve online payments.

    You can certainly contact our Credit Card Team on 0818251251 and one of my colleagues can assist with this further.

    The team are available from Monday- Friday between 9am- 5pm.
