Didn't work on an Android last week in France either, had to use a spare Virgin Sim or Wifi when available.

No issues while roaming in Portugal last week with 48. Make sure to check your APN settings.

No Problem with 48 in Germany 4 weeks ago. Did have to change APN settings but its easily explained on the app.

48 have issues with when you try to log into your bank on their website, it won't load the page, yet if you use a another sim from another provider it works

I was in Sicily for two weeks. Never once managed to access broadband on 48 network. Using an iPhone. Also absolutely plagued with the iMessage/FaceTime warning message. On one occasion it popped up 75 times.

The 48 issue is specific to iphones roaming and not an issue on Android.

I tried every modification under the sun for four summers in Spain eventually realized can't be fixed and even if it could it's too much hassle

Eir directly charges you the same 14.99€ as their low cost brand gomo (for 12 month) and than for 5G you need to pay an addition of 5€ a month.

So one would assume that Gomo would also charge extra for 5G.

Also as existing eir broadband customer you can get a 5€ off on those prices.

I see they offer WiFi calling, it's something I could use as reception inside is poor. I have a compatible phone.

Anyone use this any is it any good, seemless etc?

GoMo already have 5G (shows on my phone as 4G+ most of the time but I've seen 5G occasionally). It's limited to 100mb/s which I'd have thought is enough for most people. I'm on the 9.99 deal.
