How much it cost me to remove a load bearing wall from living room to Kitchen?

    Hi, sorry for resurrecting a very old thread. But I really need to know. I am living in Cavan. And looking for house. But I want big space. It's a detached house. How much it cost me to remove the wall. Not full wall ofcourse but a two door space almost. And a radiator is on one side of kitchen. And this home built in 2004 or 2006 I think. But it's a detached house.

    Please tell me also. How long it will take to do this job. And there is any permission needed or any certificates?

    What will be the procedure?

    I will be very grateful if anyone insured me about everything. Thank you.
