Moved into house with SigNet 100

    Hi,

    I've just bought a house which had a Europlex SigNet 100 installed. The previous owner died and nobody knows the user code or who installed and maintained the system. There is a key fob though that seems to work.

    The system has a mains fault displayed. Does anyone know if there any way to get this back into fully working order?

    Most good installers would probably be able to unlock and reset this for you. Have you tried the default engineer 1111?
