Grazing a reseed now

Hi all I have a reseed up and just about ready for grazing I have sheep but was wondering should I leave it till spring or graze it down now as I could do with it. Would grazing in cold or frosty weather set it back?? Thanks

If it's fit to graze I'D graze it anyway, it'll thicken it and the sheep will check the weeds too if you haven't it sprayed.
Just don't overgraze it
