Looking for wasted land

    Hi everyone,

    I'm working on setting up a non profit organization, and I'm looking around to see if there's any forestry available for the project.

    What I am looking for is very poor quality forestry, essentially any land which is no good for harvesting, or farming, and is sitting there with no use.

    Any suggestions on where I should focus my research? Online I could only find good quality forestry, which is not what I'm looking for.
