Water pump pressure adjustment

I have a water pump in my apartment (Stuart ST55) and have an issue or two with it. The pump is for the whole apartment, bar the mains tap, and one of the issues is that it cuts off at low pressures. This happens for both the shower and taps but the taps are the real nuisance. Is there any way to adjust the "turn on/off"…
