    Everyone is vaccinated. Time to get back to normal. Vulnerable individuals/families will just have to deal with it as best as they can

    I don't understand your surprise.

    Surely most/all further and higher education are back with normal classes?

    There is no physical distancing in the colleges that I'm familiar with.

    There can be over 100 in a class room with no windows.

    That is happening every day.
