    Hi there, I am trying to pay my rent. At the final stage, it is necessary to approve my payment by BOI app. When I approve it by my mobile app, then I click on "I have approved in BOI app". Unfortunately, it does not work and my payment will be canceled. I have tried several times but the problem exists. I should note that I tried to book a flight ticket two weeks ago and because of the same problem, I asked one of my friends with another bank account to book my flight ticket. It is really annoying and I appreciate it if you let me know how I can fix it or an alternative way to approve my payment such as sending a code by SMS. Best, Amin
