Gym recommendations in Limerick?

    Hi all,

    I know this topic is done to death but seeing as most restrictions have been eased and gyms can almost get back to pre covid levels and there hasn't been a topic on it in a while, I was looking for some recommendations in Limerick. I used to frequent aura in Grove Island pre covid but I'm hearing good things about energie fitness which is only down the road from it.

    Looking for a place that have friendly staff who know their stuff, decent value for money and your usual equipment, weights, cardio ect, a gym with all 3 is probably like looking for a needle in a haystack but I said I'd ask anyway! Cheers in advance!
