vodafone moved me to a new 12 month contract , can I terminate ?

    On 29th Sep 2021 Vodafone moved me from my old (expired) Red Plus Sim only €20 per month contract to a new Red Start SIM only 12 month contract at €25 a month. I was sent a letter with details but did nothing. Can I terminate this new contract without paying fees ?

    I realise the 14 day cooling off period is over - but I never agreed to this new contract and was happy with my previous rolling contract.

    I want to move provider, but I am unsure where I stand.
