Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Here's one for a giggle, something I noticed and keen to get a wider view on 😄

One Tesco store I frequent is in a very respectable part of the country. This store proudly displays their Managers board with photos and full names.

I recently visited a Tesco store in an area which was... ...umm... ...noticeably less respectable. That store's Managers board did not display any names whatsover (not even name badge in the face photos which I could almost swear were blurred in the format of Thanks Sharon's Crimeline).

So - what does your Tesco's Managers board show (usually near doors or service desk), and does that relate to your area's reputation? 🤣

    It is what it's.

Never seen a Managers Board in our local Tesco. I assume it’s run as a kind of non-hierarchical anarchist collective anyway, as none of the staff seem to have any idea about what’s going on in there.

There is literally no Tesco on Cork's northside. If staying that side of the river you have to go to Midleton or Mallow. On the southside there are seven.

Tesco is a bit notionsy. I don't think I've ever seen photos of the managers in there, but maaaan... that'd be swanky. Oh wait, I did - in Cork city centre where I worked my first ever job. 😎

If you went to the one in mallow. you wouldnt be long losing the idea that tesco has notions. theres just something utterly miserable about it.

tis like a place where hopes and dreams go to die.
