Restaurant Recommendation for lunch

I'm looking to book a Christmas team work lunch and I'm looking for suggestions on where to go (as I don't eat out in town too frequently!) Ideally it would be based near the Stephen's Green area. I was thinking about FXB's or Hugo's but other suggestions really welcome!

We were at FXB's for our last two Christmas work dos and it was excellent, and I'm extremely fussy about my food. It was the one on Pembroke St we were in, but I gather they're consistent.
