Hi there,

As part of our search for a house to buy in Dublin, I am trying calculate renovation costs before making offers or committing to sale. One of the houses we are looking at needs some essential work before we move in to make it habitable like elec, plumbing and insulation but we will need to cover rental costs in parallel while we get this work done. With that in mind, could anyone let me know how long we should expect to wait to get people in to do this work? That would help us to budget the cost for the parallel rent. Thanks for the help!
