    Hi all, I lost my bank card a couple of days ago. I rang BOI365 at the time and put a hold on it hoping it would turn up. Before cancelling the card altogether I would like to ring my local branch incase it has been handed in, but when I dial the local number I'm brought through 4 rounds of self service options and then put on hold to wait for what I assume is centralised customer service support. Is it not possible to talk to local staff in your local branch without physically having to call in? Thanks, Frogmalia
