Hi all, I lost my bank card a couple of days ago. I rang BOI365 at the time and put a hold on it hoping it would turn up. Before cancelling the card altogether I would like to ring my local branch incase it has been handed in, but when I dial the local number I'm brought through 4 rounds of self service options and then put on hold to wait for what I assume is centralised customer service support. Is it not possible to talk to local staff in your local branch without physically having to call in? Thanks, Frogmalia

Calls for our branches are answered centrally as branch staff are generally with customers when the branch is opened. Our central customer service team can certainly check with the branch if your card has been handed in.
