I have multiple small red veins (varicose eczema) on my lower leg just above the ankle. they are not raised like typical varicose veins. Two methods have been recommended; laser and Sclerotherapy. Can anyone advise the merits of each and where in the South East near Wexford can I have Sclerotherapy done. Thanks in advance.
