Zanussi Lindo 100 - door stuck

    I’ve tried googling this but there seems to be several different Lindo 100s. And none of the suggestions match the buttons on this particular machine.

    I put my clothes in and closed the door. The temperature didn’t change when I pushed button nor would anything happen when I pressed start and the door won’t open.

    I checked the display and there was no child lock symbol so I turned off the power for 20 minutes. When I turned it back on it was the same except this time it showed the child lock on. When I turned that off the door still wouldn’t open but I could wash the clothes so I tried that to see if the door would eventually release.

    The wash is done but door is still stuck. It is a a shared laundry so I did a wash in another machine and I can do the rest but I would like to get my clothes out before I tell the building manager.

    Any ideas?
