Direct debit -" refusal by the debtor" ?

Hi there I setup a direct debit for the TV licence and got the letter back from them with the payment schedule Had the money in the account but it all went pear shaped,.got.letters back from both and payment didn't go through I'm going to pay the lot now in one go not filliy out all the forms again but just wondering what…

Hi there
