Hi all. We're looking at purchasing in Newcastle Manor Park. Young family, first home. The location suits us both for work. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this estate and area in general? Is it a good place to raise kids? Is morning traffic through the village heavy? It seems like a quiet village so hoping there…

Hi all. We're looking at purchasing in Newcastle Manor Park. Young family, first home. The location suits us both for work.
Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this estate and area in general? Is it a good place to raise kids? Is morning traffic through the village heavy? It seems like a quiet village so hoping there wouldn't be much anti social behaviour.
We're looking between here and Clondalkin/Rathcoole/Saggart but in our budget this is the area we're drawn to the most so just looking for any advice from people familiar with the village/estate.
