Ps5 Lag problem

I just got a ps5 and started playing cod black ops 3. It is very laggy sometimes and then sometimes fine. This happens both on WiFi and Lan. Download speeds are 35.3 and 34.6 on WiFi/Lan. It's very frustrating. Is my internet speeds the issue, or is there something else I can do to fix it? I'm not very good with tech…

The problem is probably not you, but the fact that the BLOPS3 servers are probably not being looked after as much anymore.

Does it happen with any other games or just COD?
