Electrical supply for garden lamps

Hello all 😀. Super silly question coming your way 🙄? I know nothing of electrics, and my colour blindness has not helped me expand my knowledge🤯, but how difficult is it to run an electrical supply from the house and under a concrete driveway to the garden? I guess some chasing would need to be done?
