Not looking for medical advice rather should I go to my dentist o doctor for follow up.

I'd a molar extracted and bone grafts done two months ago.

The molar was one of two teeth extracted and had mutant roots which had perforated my sinus cavity.

Since the extraction I have had ongoing sinus pain and other issues on that side of my face only.

Am I right in thinking I should follow up with my dentist as he has the history rather than my doctor?
